For over two decades, Dianne Scott has focused on working with seniors, offering instruction that acknowledges both the modifications, and concerns of all bodies while providing inspiration for renewal and ease.

Yoga Nidra Meditation 

A systematic deep relaxation practice that reclaims the breath, observes and senses all parts of the body & encourages rest & relaxation.

May be combined with Sound Bath Meditation

5-Week Sessions

Restorative Yoga Practice

Offers 5-7 restorative postures that are held for 5-10 minutes with the use of props to deepen rest & relaxation. This gentle practice is suitable for all levels.

May be combined with Yoga Nidra Meditation

Sound Bath Meditation

Intended to guide you through a somatic state of peace & relaxation with ambient sounds of crystal & metal  bowls, complimented with elemental koshi wind chimes.
