Gentle Yoga & Meditation

5-Week sessions @ 7:30-8:45 pm

Created to soften & release tension with breath work, chakra toning, asana practice & guided meditation.

Yoga Nidra Meditation 

A systematic deep relaxation practice that reclaims the breath, observes and senses all parts of the body & encourages rest & relaxation.

Restorative Yoga Practice

Offers 5-7 restorative postures that are held for 5-10 minutes with the use of props to deepen rest & relaxation. 

Sound Bath Meditation

Intended to guide you through a somatic state of peace & relaxation with ambient sounds of crystal & metal  bowls, complimented with elemental koshi wind chimes.
